No later than January 1, 2002, and thereafter, each time the\n\nposition becomes vacant, the Construction Industries Board shall\n\nhire a Construction Industries Administrator. The Construction\n\nIndustries Board may, upon a majority vote, terminate the employment\n\nof the Construction Industries Administrator.\n\nB.
