Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1002.1","heading":"Voluntary review of project plans and specifications","body":"The Construction Industries Board shall establish by rule a\n\nprocess for the formal review of the plans and specifications for a\n\nproject prior to bid dates for the project to ensure that the\n\nproject plans and specifications are in conformance with applicable\n\nplumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire sprinkler installation\n\ncodes. The rule shall provide that the review shall be completed in\n\na timely manner, not to exceed fourteen (14) calendar days from the\n\ndate of the submission of a completed application for review which\n\nis accompanied by the review fee not to exceed Two Hundred Dollars\n\n($200.00) to be established by the rule. Upon completion of the\n\nreview, the plans and specifications shall be returned to the\n\napplicant with documentation indicating either approval of plans and\n\nspecifications which are in compliance with the applicable codes, or\n\nmodifications which must be made to bring the plans and\n\nspecifications into conformance.
