Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1005","heading":"Examinations","body":"(a) Examinations shall be uniform and shall be practical in\n\nnature but sufficiently strict to test the qualification and fitness\n\nof the applicant as a journeyman plumber or as a plumbing\n\ncontractor, as the case may be. It shall be in whole or in part in\n\nwriting.\n\n(b) Regular examinations shall be held at least twice each year\n\nand special examinations may be fixed by the Committee.
