In addition to other penalties provided by law, if after a\n\nhearing in accordance with the provisions of Section 1010 of this\n\ntitle, the Plumbing Hearing Board shall find any person to be in\n\nviolation of any of the provisions of The Plumbing License Law of\n\n1955, such person may be subject to an administrative fine of not\n\nmore than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each violation. Each\n\nday a person is in violation of The Plumbing License Law of 1955 may\n\nconstitute a separate violation. The maximum fine will not exceed\n\nOne Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). All administrative fines\n\ncollected pursuant to the provisions of this subsection shall be\n\ndeposited in the fund established in Section 1018 of this title.\n\nAdministrative fines imposed pursuant to this subsection shall be\n\nenforceable in the district courts of this state.\n\nB. The Plumbing Hearing Board may make application to the\n\nappropriate court for an order enjoining the acts or practices\n\nprohibited by The Plumbing License Law of 1955, and upon a showing\n\nby the Plumbing Hearing Board that the person has engaged in any of\n\nthe prohibited acts or practices, an injunction, restraining order,\n\nor other order as may be appropriate shall be granted by the court.","path":["OK Code","Title 59"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os59.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5066b38abe240ea0f2bf7e16ec6ec0bd7f9409127d636b17d60e2da9da30f392","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-1010","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-1011"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
