Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1013","heading":"Plumbers apprentice - Certificates","body":"The Construction Industries Board shall, upon proper application\n\nand payment of fee, register as a plumber's apprentice, and shall\n\nissue a certificate of registration to, persons who furnish proof\n\nsatisfactory to the Board that they are sixteen (16) years of age or\n\nolder and are enrolled in a recognized school or training course for\n\nplumber apprentices, or have arranged for employment as a plumber's\n\napprentice with a licensed plumbing contractor.
