Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1015","heading":"Municipal water and sewage systems - Rules and","body":"regulations.\n\nEach city and/or incorporated town with a population of two\n\nthousand (2,000) or more in the state, having a system of water\n\nsupply or sewerage shall, and any incorporated town, or any sewer\n\ndistrict Commission may, by ordinance or regulation, prescribe rules\n\nand regulations for the material, construction, installation and\n\ninspection of all plumbing and sewerage placed in, or in connection\n\nwith any building, structure, or conveyance in such city, town or\n\nsewer district, and the board of health or other proper authority of\n\nsuch city, town or sewer district shall further provide that no\n\nplumbing work shall be done, except in the case of repairing leaks,\n\nwithout permit being issued therefor upon such terms and conditions\n\nas such city, town or sewer commission shall prescribe.","path":["OK Code","Title 59"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os59.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"7c9a708efa4d4be463660f7dbb20b77663d41a8a4cc4d914ffabaf87ca725545","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-1014","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-1016"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
