Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1018","heading":"Fees paid to State Treasury - Disposition","body":"All fees, administrative fines or payments of any type received\n\nby the Construction Industries Board under The Plumbing License Law\n\nof 1955 shall be deposited in a revolving fund to be designated as\n\nthe \"Plumbing Licensing Revolving Fund\" and are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be expended by the Construction Industries Board for the\n\npurpose of implementing The Plumbing License Law of 1955, and the\n\nfully adjudicated fine revenue received into this fund may be\n\ntransferred to the Skilled Trade Education and Workforce Development\n\nFund created in subsection E of Section 1 of this act.
