Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1032","heading":"Rules - Promulgation by Construction Industries Board","body":"The Construction Industries Board shall promulgate rules\n\ngoverning the examination and licensing of building, electrical,\n\nmechanical, plumbing, and other construction inspectors and the\n\nestablishment of classifications for such inspectors. The Board may\n\nadopt as part of such rules any or all nationally recognized\n\ninspector certification programs or codes for purposes of building\n\nand construction inspector licensing.
