Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1034","heading":"Oklahoma Inspector Examiners Committee - Members -","body":"Appointment - Qualifications - Travel Expenses.\n\nThere is hereby created the Oklahoma Inspector Examiners\n\nCommittee which shall consist of seven (7) members. One member\n\nshall be the designee of the Construction Industries Board. When\n\nthe terms of the other members serving on the Committee expire or\n\nare vacated, members shall be appointed by the Board, which may also\n\nremove any appointed member for cause. Appointed members shall hold\n\noffice for terms of four (4) years or until their successors are\n\nappointed.\n\nFour appointed members shall be residents of this state and each\n\nshall have had at least five (5) years of practical experience as a\n\nbuilding and construction inspector in the respective field of the\n\ninspector. Of these appointees, one member each shall be appointed\n\nfrom the plumbing, electrical, mechanical and structural\n\nprofessions. One appointed member shall be a municipal officer as\n\ndefined in Section 1-102 of Title 11 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and\n\none appointed member shall be a lay person.\n\nEach member shall serve without pay but shall be reimbursed for\n\nhis actual expenses in accordance with the State Travel\n\nReimbursement Act.","path":["OK Code","Title 59"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os59.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"bfd0f6fc20941e4b8fbac0453a64f9a08a04b9a36316e8c290e41c45dc2c2f23","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-1033","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-1035"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
