Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1035","heading":"Oklahoma Inspector Examiners Committee - Powers and","body":"duties.\n\nThe Oklahoma Inspector Examiners Committee shall have the power\n\nand duty:\n\n1. To assist the Construction Industries Board in certifying,\n\nlicensing and otherwise regulating persons employed as building and\n\nconstruction inspectors;\n\n2. To assist the Board in establishing and administering\n\nexaminations to applicants for an Oklahoma inspector's license;\n\n3. To assist the Board in prescribing and adopting forms for\n\ncertification and licensure applications;\n\n4. To assist the Board by making recommendations concerning\n\nrules which establish standards of performance for building and\n\nconstruction inspectors;\n\n5. To assist the Board in determining whether certification by\n\na national certification program or licensing by another\n\ngovernmental entity should be approved as a substitute for a\n\nsuccessful completion of the Oklahoma Inspector's Examination;\n\n6. To investigate alleged violations of the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Inspectors Act and of any rules promulgated pursuant\n\nthereto; and\n\n7.
