Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1036","heading":"Application for certification and license – Requirements","body":"- Provisional license – Examination - Nontransferability.\n\nA. Applicants for certification and license shall show proof of\n\ncertification by successful completion of an examination approved by\n\nthe Oklahoma Inspector Examiners Committee.\n\nThe Board shall issue a license to any person who has met the\n\nrequirements of this subsection and who has paid the fees required\n\nby the Oklahoma Inspectors Act and has otherwise complied with the\n\napplicable requirements of the Oklahoma Inspectors Act. Provided,\n\nthe Board may issue a provisional license limited to one (1) year to\n\nenable an applicant to meet the licensing requirements of this\n\nsubsection while seeking certification by examination.\n\nB. Examinations shall be uniform and shall be practical in\n\nnature but shall be sufficiently strict to test the qualifications\n\nand fitness of the applicant as a building and construction\n\ninspector. The examination shall be in whole or in part in writing.\n\nExamination dates shall be set by the Committee or by the\n\nexamination provider. Any applicant failing to pass the examination\n\nshall not be permitted to take another examination for a period of\n\nthirty (30) days, and thereafter any such applicants subsequently\n\nfailing to pass the examination shall not be permitted to take a\n\nsubsequent examination for a period of ninety (90) days.\n\nC.
