No license shall be issued for longer than one (1) year and\n\nall licenses shall expire on the last day in the birth month of the\n\nlicensee.\n\nB. An application for the renewal of a license which is\n\nreceived more than thirty (30) days following the date of expiration\n\nand which is accompanied by a fee established pursuant to Section\n\n1000.5 of this title, and proof of current continuing education\n\nrequirements, may be accepted and the license reissued without\n\nexamination.\n\nC.
