The Oklahoma Inspector Examiners Committee may, upon its own\n\nmotion, and shall upon written complaint filed by any person,\n\ninvestigate inspection practices of any building and construction\n\ninspector.\n\nB. The Committee may request that an individual proceeding be\n\nconducted to determine whether the licensee has:\n\n1. Made a material misstatement in the application for license\n\nor renewal thereof;\n\n2. Loaned or illegally used the license of the licensee;\n\n3. Demonstrated incompetency to act as a building and\n\nconstruction inspector; or\n\n4. Violated any provision of the Oklahoma Inspectors Act, or\n\nany rule promulgated or order issued pursuant to the Oklahoma\n\nInspectors Act.\n\nC. After a finding by an impartial hearing examiner that the\n\nlicensee is guilty of any violation as provided for in subsection B\n\nof this section, the Construction Industries Board may:\n\n1. Suspend or revoke the license;\n\n2. Defer such suspension or revocation pending mitigating or\n\nremedial action by the licensee; or\n\n3. Assess administrative penalties pursuant to the provisions\n\nof Section 1044 of this title.\n\nD.
