Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1042","heading":"Oklahoma Inspectors Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Construction Industries Board, to be designated the\n\n\"Oklahoma Inspectors Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Board from fees and fines\n\ncollected pursuant to the Oklahoma Inspectors Act. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Construction Industries Board for\n\nthe purpose of implementing the provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nInspectors Act for the continuing education of building and\n\nconstruction inspectors, and for implementing programs designed to\n\nfurther the efficiency of the building and construction inspector\n\nprofession and public understanding of the profession.
