Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1112","heading":"Renewal, reactivation or reinstatement of certificate","body":"After the expiration of one (1) year after the Department denies\n\nan application for certification, renewal or reactivation or revokes\n\na certificate pursuant to the Waterworks and Wastewater Works\n\nOperator Certification Act, the holder of such certificate may make\n\napplication to the Department for renewal, reactivation or\n\nreinstatement.
