Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1113","heading":"Certification Fund - Created - Receipts - Disbursements -","body":"Use of fund for training program.\n\nThere is hereby created a revolving fund in the State Treasury\n\nto be known as the \"Certification Fund\". Said fund shall consist of\n\nall monies appropriated to said fund, and all fees collected under\n\nthe provisions of this act. Said fund shall be under the control\n\nand supervision of the Department, and shall be paid out on claims\n\napproved by the Department and forwarded to the Director of the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services who shall audit the\n\nsame, and, upon approval thereof, warrants shall be issued according\n\nto law, and said warrants shall be paid by the State Treasurer from\n\nthe said fund. The said fund shall be expended for training\n\nprograms including itinerant training programs, meetings, personnel,\n\nexpenses, and purchase of personal property, to carry out the\n\npurposes of the Waterworks and Wastewater Works Operator\n\nCertification Act, and for no other purpose. Nothing herein shall\n\nprevent the expenditure of other funds of the Department or of the\n\nBoard, the expenditure of which is not otherwise restricted, from\n\nbeing expended to accomplish the purposes of the Waterworks and\n\nWastewater Works Operator Certification Act.","path":["OK Code","Title 59"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os59.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8c5efea240446a1acc472829e550ffc5a1fa061470106f6de5eda1ced6f3c815","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-1112","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-1114"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
