Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1115","heading":"Violations and penalties","body":"Any public officer who shall knowingly violate any provision of\n\nthe Waterworks and Wastewater Works Operator Certification Act shall\n\nupon conviction thereof be guilty of a misdemeanor. If any county,\n\ndistrict, municipality, or any agency or instrumentality thereof, or\n\nany state board, institution, agency, instrumentality, or commission\n\nshall violate any provision of the Waterworks and Wastewater Works\n\nOperator Certification Act, each of the members of the governing\n\nboard thereof who shall vote for or otherwise approve of such\n\nviolation shall upon conviction thereof be guilty of a misdemeanor.\n\nEvery other person who shall violate any provision of the Waterworks\n\nand Wastewater Works Operator Certification Act shall upon\n\nconviction thereof be guilty of a misdemeanor.
