The Commissioner shall have the power to revoke the\n\ncertificate of registration of any registrant pursuant to this\n\nsection.\n\nB. The Commissioner shall suspend or revoke or not renew any\n\nregistration for:\n\n1. Fraud or deceit in obtaining a registration;\n\n2. Making a material misstatement in the application for a\n\nregistration, or the renewal of a registration;\n\n3. Loaning or illegally using a registration;\n\n4. Demonstrating incompetence, or any gross negligence or\n\nmisconduct in the profession of Registered Professional Sanitarian\n\nor Registered Professional Environmental Specialist; or\n\n5. Violating any provisions of the Oklahoma Sanitarian and\n\nEnvironmental Specialist Registration Act, or any rule, or order\n\nprescribed by the Board promulgated thereto.\n\nC.
