Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1150.2","heading":"Definitions","body":"For the purposes of the Oklahoma Sanitarian and Environmental\n\nSpecialist Registration Act:\n\n1. \"Board\" means the State Board of Health of the State of\n\nOklahoma;\n\n2. \"Commissioner\" means the State Commissioner of Health of the\n\nState of Oklahoma;\n\n3. \"Council\" means the Sanitarian and Environmental Specialist\n\nRegistration Advisory Council;\n\n4. \"Executive Director\" means the Executive Director of the\n\nDepartment of Environmental Quality;\n\n5. \"Person\" means individuals;\n\n6. \"Registration\" means a certificate issued pursuant to the\n\nOklahoma Sanitarian and Environmental Specialist Registration Act;\n\nand\n\n7. \"Sanitarian or environmental specialist\" means a person\n\nuniquely qualified by education in the sciences, specialized\n\ntraining, and documented field experience to effectively plan,\n\norganize, manage, execute and evaluate one or more of the many\n\ndiverse elements comprising the fields of public health or\n\nenvironmental protection or both public health and environmental\n\nprotection.
