Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1150.6","heading":"Powers and duties of Council","body":"Pursuant to the Oklahoma Sanitarian and Environmental Specialist\n\nRegistration Act, the Council shall have the power and duty to:\n\n1. Assist and advise the Board on all matters relating to the\n\nformulation of rules in accordance with this act;\n\n2. Administer and develop the examinations of applicants for\n\nregistration pursuant to this act;\n\n3. Determine qualifications of applicants for registration\n\npursuant to this act;\n\n4. Prescribe and adopt forms for registration applications and\n\ninitiate mailing of the application forms to all persons requesting\n\napplications;\n\n5. Investigate alleged violations of the provisions of this act\n\nand of any rules promulgated by the Board thereunder;\n\n6. Assist the Board in establishing categories of registrations\n\nand application requirements for each category including but not\n\nlimited to education, experience requirements, and examinations; and\n\n7.
