Examinations shall be uniform and practical in nature and\n\nshall be sufficiently strict to test the qualifications and fitness\n\nof the applicants for registration. Examinations shall be in whole\n\nor in part in writing. The Council shall conduct examinations twice\n\na year and at such other times as it deems necessary. Examinations\n\nmay be general or specific to an area of specialization.\n\nB. Any applicant initially failing to pass the examination\n\nshall not be permitted to take another examination for a period of\n\nthirty (30) days.
