Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1151.11","heading":"Change in roofing contractor's name, address, legal","body":"service agent, or cease of business - Notification of registrar.\n\nNot later than ten (10) days after the date of a change in a\n\nroofing contractor's name, address, or legal service agent, or upon\n\na registered roofing contractor ceasing business as a roofing\n\ncontractor, the person shall notify the registrar of the change on a\n\nform provided by the registrar. A name, address, or legal service\n\nagent change shall be accompanied by a fee not exceeding Twenty-five\n\nDollars ($25.00) to be set by the registrar. A person may not\n\nchange his or her name under an active registration certificate if\n\nthe change is associated with a change in the legal status of the\n\nbusiness entity other than a change in marital status. Doing\n\nbusiness under a new business name or a change in legal status of a\n\nbusiness requires issuance of a new registration certificate.
