Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1151.13","heading":"Indexed record of roofing contractors","body":"The registrar shall maintain in the registrar's office in\n\nOklahoma City, Oklahoma, open to public inspection during normal\n\noffice hours, a complete indexed record of all roofing contractor\n\nregistrations and information maintained on individual roofing\n\ncontractors. The registrar may dispose of an inactive roofing\n\ncontractor file after three (3) years. Before disposal and upon\n\nwritten request by any person, the registrar shall furnish a\n\ncertified copy of any information maintained on an individual\n\nroofing contractor upon receipt of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)\n\nfor each annual record. Each certified copy of a roofing\n\ncontractor’s record from the registrar shall be received in all\n\ncourts in this state as prima facie evidence of the facts stated\n\ntherein.
