Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1151.20","heading":"Roofing Contractor Registration Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Construction Industries Board to be designated the \"Roofing\n\nContractor Registration Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of application and renewal fees, late fees, administrative\n\nfees, reinstatement fees, and any other monies collected pursuant to\n\nthe Roofing Contractor Registration Act. All monies accruing to the\n\ncredit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the Construction Industries Board for implementation and\n\nadministration of the Roofing Contractor Registration Act, and the\n\nfully adjudicated fine revenue received into this fund may be\n\ntransferred to the Skilled Trade Education and Workforce Development\n\nFund created in subsection E of Section 1 of this act.
