The Construction Industries Board is authorized to\n\nadminister and enforce the Roofing Contractor Registration Act.\n\nB. 1. The Construction Industries Board is authorized to\n\nadminister and enforce the commercial roofer endorsement provisions\n\nof the Roofing Contractor Registration Act.\n\n2. The Construction Industries Board shall have the authority\n\nto administer and enforce the provisions of the commercial roofer\n\nendorsement provisions of the Roofing Contractor Registration Act,\n\nincluding the authority to:\n\na. establish the examination and continuing education\n\nrequirements and procedures for endorsements of\n\npersons desiring or intending to engage in the\n\nbusiness or trade of a commercial roofing contractor\n\nwith the advice and input from the Committee of\n\nRoofing Examiners using assistance from a third-party\n\nvendor as necessary and appropriate,\n\nb. establish and enforce the minimum standards of\n\ncommercial roofer endorsements in this state and rules\n\npromulgated pursuant to the commercial roofer\n\nendorsement provisions of the Roofing Contractor\n\nRegistration Act with the advice and input from the\n\nCommittee of Roofing Examiners,\n\nc. promulgate, prescribe, amend, and repeal rules\n\nnecessary to implement the provisions of the\n\ncommercial roofer endorsement of the Roofing\n\nContractor Registration Act with the advice and input\n\nfrom the Committee of Roofing Examiners,\n\nd. issue, renew, suspend, revoke, modify, or deny\n\nendorsements to engage in commercial roofing\n\ncontractor work pursuant to the Roofing Contractor\n\nRegistration Act,\n\ne. conduct investigations for the purpose of inspecting\n\ncommercial roofer endorsements for compliance with the\n\ncommercial roofer endorsement provisions of the\n\nRoofing Contractor Registration Act, and of the rules\n\nof the Board promulgated pursuant thereto, into the\n\nqualifications of applicants and allegations of\n\nviolations,\n\nf. establish and levy administrative fines against any\n\nperson who violates any of the provisions of the\n\ncommercial roofer endorsement standards of the Roofing\n\nContractor Registration Act or any rule promulgated\n\npursuant thereto, not to exceed five percent (5%) of\n\nthe commercial job. For any residential job, on a\n\nfirst violation, the Board may levy an administrative\n\nfine not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00); on\n\nany second violation, levy an administrative fine not\n\nto exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00); on a third\n\nviolation, levy an administrative fine not to exceed\n\nThree Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00); and\n\nfor any subsequent violation, revoke the registration\n\nand commercial roofer endorsement,\n\ng. initiate disciplinary proceedings and provide hearings\n\non any person who violates any of the provisions of\n\nthe commercial roofer endorsement standards of the\n\nRoofing Contractor Registration Act or any rule\n\npromulgated pursuant thereto,\n\nh. request prosecution of and initiate injunctive\n\nproceedings against any person who violates any of the\n\nprovisions of the commercial roofers endorsement in\n\nthe Roofing Contractor Registration Act or any rule\n\npromulgated pursuant to the commercial roofer\n\nendorsement of the Roofing Contractor Registration\n\nAct, and\n\ni. exercise all incidental powers as necessary and proper\n\nto implement and enforce the provisions of the\n\ncommercial roofer endorsement of the Roofing\n\nContractor Registration Act and the rules promulgated\n\npursuant thereto.\n\nC. 1. The Construction Industries Board shall administer and\n\nenforce the provisions of the residential roofer endorsement\n\nprovisions of the Roofing Contractor Registration Act, including:\n\na. establish the examination and continuing education\n\nrequirements and procedures for endorsements of\n\npersons desiring or intending to engage in the\nment provisions of the Roofing\n\nContractor Registration Act.\n\n2.
