At the time of making application for a roofing contractor\n\nregistration certificate pursuant to the Roofing Contractor\n\nRegistration Act, the applicant shall pay to the registrar a fee of\n\nSeventy-five Dollars ($75.00) for the annual registration\n\ncertificate.\n\nB. All monies collected by the registrar for roofing contractor\n\nregistration applications, renewals and other fee assessments shall\n\nbe deposited by the registrar and credited to the Roofing Contractor\n\nRegistration Revolving Fund and such funds shall be used by the\n\nregistrar to implement and administer the provisions of the Roofing\n\nContractor Registration Act.\n\nC. The fee to be submitted with an application for a roofing\n\ncontractor registration may be prorated as set by the provisions of\n\nthe Roofing Contractor Registration Act or rules. Unless prorated\n\nat the time of initial registration, fees for initial registration\n\nshall be paid in the amount stated in subsection A of this section\n\nand such registration certificates shall expire each year on the\n\nlast day of the birth month of the qualifying party. Renewals will\n\nbe prorated as provided in Section 1151.3 of this title.\n\nD.
