Nothing contained in this act shall be construed as\n\npreventing any person, firm, partnership, or corporation from\n\npracticing forestry, landscape architecture, or managing woodlands,\n\nforest, or trees, or from operating the removal of any products\n\ntherefrom, or planting trees on any plat of land, in any manner\n\ndesired.
