Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1214","heading":"Examinations","body":"When examinations are required, they shall be held at such time\n\nand place as the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and\n\nForestry shall determine. The methods of procedure shall be\n\nprescribed by the Department. A candidate failing an examination\n\nmay apply for reexamination at the expiration of six (6) months and\n\nshall be entitled to one reexamination without payment of an\n\nadditional fee.
