Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1215","heading":"Licenses - Endorsement of plans, maps, etc","body":"The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry shall\n\nissue a license upon payment of the registration fee as provided for\n\nin Section 1201 et seq. of this title to any applicant who, in the\n\nopinion of the Department, has satisfactorily met all the\n\nrequirements of the act. Licenses shall show the full name of the\n\nregistrant, shall have a serial number, and shall be signed by the\n\nDepartment. The issuance of a license by the Department shall be\n\nevidence that the person named therein is entitled to all the rights\n\nand privileges of a licensed forester while the license remains\n\nunrevoked or unexpired. Plans, maps, specifications, and reports\n\nissued by a registrant shall be endorsed with the registrant's name\n\nand license number.
