Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1216","heading":"Expiration of licenses - Renewals","body":"Licenses shall expire one (1) year after the date of their\n\nissuance or renewal and shall become invalid on that date unless\n\nrenewed. It shall be the duty of the Oklahoma Department of\n\nAgriculture, Food, and Forestry to notify, at the registrant's last-\n\nregistered address, every person registered under this act of the\n\ndate of the expiration of the license and the amount of the fee that\n\nshall be required for its renewal for one (1) year; notice shall be\n\nmailed at least one (1) month in advance of the date of the\n\nexpiration of the license. The fee for renewal of licenses shall\n\nnot exceed Ten Dollars ($10.00).
