Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1218","heading":"Reciprocity","body":"A person not a resident of and having no established place of\n\nbusiness in Oklahoma, or who has recently become a resident thereof,\n\nmay become a licensed forester in Oklahoma provided: (1) the person\n\nis legally licensed as a registered forester in the state or country\n\nof origin and submits evidence to the Oklahoma Department of\n\nAgriculture, Food, and Forestry of the license and that the\n\nrequirements for registration therein are at least substantially\n\nequivalent to the requirements of Section 1201 et seq. of this\n\ntitle; and (2) the state or country in which licensed observes these\n\nsame rules of reciprocity in regard to persons originally licensed\n\nunder the provisions of this act; and (3) the Department shall issue\n\na qualified applicant a one-year permit upon receipt of a fee equal\n\nto one-year annual renewal charged licensed foresters in this state.","path":["OK Code","Title 59"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os59.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"bd389219266672b82e76d2687dbd963633119e3dd6aa75eab3898e79e9d9512d","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-1217","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-1219"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
