Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1219","heading":"Revocation of licenses - Reissuance","body":"The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry shall\n\nhave the power to revoke the license of any registrant who is found\n\nguilty by the Department of fraud, deceit, gross negligence,\n\nincompetency, or misconduct in connection with any forestry practice\n\nagainst any registrant. Such charges shall be written, shall be\n\nsworn to by the person making them, and shall be filed with the\n\nsecretary of the Department. All charges shall be heard by the\n\nDepartment pursuant to its rules and regulations. The Department,\n\nfor reasons it may deem sufficient, may reissue a license to any\n\nperson whose license has been revoked.
