Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1220","heading":"Violations - Penalties","body":"Any person who shall practice or offer to practice the\n\nprofession of forestry as a registered forester in this state,\n\nwithout being registered in accordance with the provisions of\n\nSection 1201 et seq. of this title, or any person who shall use or\n\notherwise assume, use, or advertise any title or description tending\n\nto convey the impression that the person is a registered forester,\n\nwithout being registered in accordance with the provisions of this\n\nact, or any person who shall present or attempt to use as his or her\n\nown the license of another, or any person who shall give any false\n\nor forged evidence of any kind to the Oklahoma Department of\n\nAgriculture, Food, and Forestry, or any member thereof, in obtaining\n\na license, or any person who shall attempt to use an expired or\n\nrevoked license, or any person, firm, partnership, or corporation\n\nwho shall violate any of the provisions of this act, shall be guilty\n\nof a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less\n\nthan One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or more than Five Hundred Dollars\n\n($500.00), and such monies shall be collected by the Department.\n\nThe Department, or such person or persons as may be designated by\n\nthe Department to act in its stead, is empowered to prefer charges\n\nfor any violations of this act in any court of competent\n\njurisdiction.
