The State Board of Licensed Social Workers shall biennially\n\nelect from its membership a chair and a vice-chair and such other\n\nofficers as it deems appropriate and necessary to conduct its\n\nbusiness. The chair shall preside at all meetings of the Board.\n\nEach additional officer elected by the Board shall perform those\n\nduties customarily associated with the position and such other\n\nduties assigned by the Board. Officers elected by the Board shall\n\nserve terms of two (2) years and shall serve no more than two (2)\n\nconsecutive full terms in each office to which the Board member is\n\nelected.\n\nB. 1. The Board shall meet at least once every three (3)\n\nmonths to transact its business and may meet at such additional\n\ntimes as the Board may determine.\n\n2. The Board shall meet in accordance with the Oklahoma Open\n\nMeeting Act.\n\n3. A majority of the members of the Board shall constitute a\n\nquorum for the conduct of Board business.
