The State Board of Licensed Social Workers may assess such\n\nfees as it deems necessary to accomplish the purposes of the Social\n\nWorker's Licensing Act. Fees shall be assessed according to the fee\n\nschedule in the rules promulgated by the Board.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the State Board of Licensed Social Workers, to be\n\ndesignated the \"Licensed Social Workers' Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall consist of monies received by the Board under statutory\n\nauthority and such monies accruing to the credit of the fund may be\n\nexpended by the Board for the purpose of carrying out the provisions\n\nof the Social Worker's Licensing Act.
