Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1271.1","heading":"Temporary suspension of license","body":"Notwithstanding any provisions of the Administrative Procedures\n\nAct, the State Board of Licensed Social Workers may, without a\n\nhearing, temporarily suspend a license for not more than sixty (60)\n\ndays if the Board finds that a person licensed under the Social\n\nWorker’s Licensing Act has violated a law or rule that the Board is\n\nempowered to enforce, and if continued practice by the licensed\n\nperson would create an imminent risk of harm to the public. The\n\nsuspension shall take effect upon written notice to the licensed\n\nperson specifying the statute or rule violated.
