No provision of the Social Worker’s Licensing Act shall be\n\nconstrued as prohibiting any person, whether or not that person may\n\nbe licensed under the provisions of this act, and who is in fact a\n\nmember of the Academy of Certified Social Workers, from continuing\n\nto use the title, Member, Academy of Certified Social Workers, and\n\nthe abbreviation, ACSW.\n\nB. No provision of this act shall be construed as prohibiting\n\nany person, whether or not that person may be licensed under the\n\nprovisions of this act, and who is in fact credentialed as a\n\nQualified Clinical Social Worker, from continuing to use the title,\n\nQualified Clinical Social Worker, and the abbreviation, QCSW.\n\nC.
