Upon receipt of an application for Multistate License, the\n\nHome State Licensing Authority shall determine the applicant’s\n\neligibility for a Multistate License in accordance with Section 4 of\n\nthis Compact.\n\nB. If such applicant is eligible pursuant to Section 4 of this\n\nCompact, the Home State Licensing Authority shall issue a Multistate\n\nLicense that authorizes the applicant or Regulated Social Worker to\n\npractice in all Member States under a Multistate Authorization to\n\nPractice.\n\nC. Upon issuance of a Multistate License, the Home State\n\nLicensing Authority shall designate whether the Regulated Social\n\nWorker holds a Multistate License in the Bachelors, Masters, or\n\nClinical category of Social Work.\n\nD.
