Nothing in this Compact, nor any Rule of the Commission,\n\nshall be construed to limit, restrict, or in any way reduce the\n\nability of a Member State to enact and enforce laws, regulations, or\n\nother rules related to the practice of Social Work in that State,\n\nwhere those laws, regulations, or other rules are not inconsistent\n\nwith the provisions of this Compact.\n\nB. Nothing in this Compact shall affect the requirements\n\nestablished by a Member State for the issuance of a Single State\n\nLicense.\n\nC. Nothing in this Compact, nor any Rule of the Commission,\n\nshall be construed to limit, restrict, or in any way reduce the\n\nability of a Member State to take Adverse Action against a\n\nLicensee’s Single State License to practice Social Work in that\n\nState.\n\nD. Nothing in this Compact, nor any Rule of the Commission,\n\nshall be construed to limit, restrict, or in any way reduce the\n\nability of a Remote State to take Adverse Action against a\n\nLicensee’s Multistate Authorization to Practice in that State.\n\nE.
