A Licensee providing services in a Remote State under a\n\nMultistate Authorization to Practice shall adhere to the laws and\n\nregulations, including laws, regulations, and applicable standards,\n\nof the Remote State where the client is located at the time care is\n\nrendered.\n\nB. Nothing herein shall prevent or inhibit the enforcement of\n\nany other law of a Member State that is not inconsistent with the\n\nCompact.\n\nC. Any laws, statutes, regulations, or other legal requirements\n\nin a Member State in conflict with the Compact are superseded to the\n\nextent of the conflict.\n\nD.
