Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1311","heading":"Violation of laws or rules and regulations relating to","body":"bond - Notice - Temporary suspension of license.\n\nIf, after investigation, it shall appear to the satisfaction of\n\nthe Insurance Commissioner that a bail bondsman or insurer has been\n\nguilty of violating any of the laws or rules or regulations of this\n\nstate relating to bail bonds, the Commissioner shall provide notice\n\nin writing to the bail bondsman or to the insurer.
