Hearings shall be held in the Insurance Commissioner's\n\noffices or at such other place as the Commissioner may deem\n\nconvenient.\n\nB. The Commissioner shall appoint an independent hearing\n\nexaminer to preside at the hearing to sit in the capacity of a\n\nquasi-judicial officer.\n\nC. All hearings will be public and held in accordance with, and\n\ngoverned by, Article II of the Administrative Procedures Act,\n\nSection 308a et seq. of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nD. If at a hearing the person presiding determines that a\n\nlicense which was suspended prior to the hearing pursuant to Section\n\n1311 of this title shall be revoked or suspended, the period of\n\nrevocation or suspension shall be deemed to have begun on the date\n\nthe license was suspended pending the hearing.\n\nE. The Commissioner, upon written request reasonably made by\n\nthe licensed bail bondsman affected by the hearing, and at such bail\n\nbondsman's expense, shall cause a full stenographic record of the\n\nproceedings to be made by a competent court reporter.\n\nF.
