Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1312","heading":"Appeals","body":"Any applicant for license as a bail bondsman whose application\n\nhas been denied or whose license shall have been censured, suspended\n\nor revoked, or renewal thereof denied or a fine levied, shall have\n\nthe right of appeal from such final order of the Commissioner\n\nthereon by filing a petition in the district court of Oklahoma\n\nCounty.
