Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1321","heading":"Qualifications of sureties","body":"Each and every surety for the release of a person on bail shall\n\nbe qualified as:\n\n1. An insurer and represented by a surety bondsman or bondsmen;\n\n2. A professional bondsman properly qualified and approved by\n\nthe Insurance Commissioner;\n\n3. A cash bondsman;\n\n4. A property bondsman;\n\n5. A multicounty agent bondsman properly qualified and approved\n\nby the Insurance Commissioner; or\n\n6.
