Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1325","heading":"Substitution of bail","body":"Bail may be substituted, without additional premium being\n\ncharged, by the defendant or bondsman, at any time before a breach\n\nof the undertaking, by substituting any other proper and sufficient\n\nbond of like value as provided herein. The official taking the new\n\nbail shall make an order as follows:\n\n1. Where money had been deposited, that the money be refunded\n\nto the person depositing the same; and\n\n2.
