Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1329","heading":"Arrest - Commitment","body":"For the purpose of surrendering the defendant:\n\n1. The surety may arrest the defendant before the forfeiture of\n\nthe undertaking;\n\n2. The surety, by written authority endorsed on a certified\n\ncopy of the undertaking, may empower any peace officer to make an\n\narrest of the defendant, first paying the lawful fees therefor; or\n\n3.
