Application for a bail enforcer license shall be made on\n\nforms provided by the Council on Law Enforcement Education and\n\nTraining and shall be submitted in writing by the applicant under\n\noath. The application shall require the applicant to furnish\n\ninformation reasonably required by the Council to implement the\n\nprovisions of the Bail Enforcement and Licensing Act, including\n\nclassifiable fingerprints to enable the search of criminal indices\n\nfor evidence of a prior criminal record, including, but not limited\n\nto, a national criminal history record check as defined by Section\n\n150.9 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\n2. Upon request of the Council, the Oklahoma State Bureau of\n\nInvestigation and other state and local law enforcement agencies\n\nshall furnish a copy of any existent criminal history data relating\n\nto an applicant to enable the Council to determine the\n\nqualifications and fitness of such applicant for a license.\n\nB. 1. On and after February 1, 2015, the original application\n\nand any license renewal shall be accompanied by a fee of:\n\na. Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) for an unarmed bail\n\nenforcer license, or\n\nb. Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) for an armed bail\n\nenforcer license.\n\nIf an individual does not qualify for the type of license or\n\nrenewal license requested, the Council shall retain twenty percent\n\n(20%) of the licensing fee as a processing fee and refund the\n\nremaining amount to the individual or agency submitting payment. In\n\naddition to the fees provided in this subsection, the original\n\napplication for a bail enforcer license shall be accompanied by a\n\nnonrefundable fee for a national criminal history record check with\n\nfingerprint analysis, as provided in Section 150.9 of Title 74 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes.\n\n2. A licensee whose license has been suspended may apply for\n\nreinstatement of license after the term of the suspension has\n\npassed, if otherwise qualified. Any application for reinstatement\n\nfollowing a suspension of licensure shall be accompanied by a\n\nnonrefundable fee of:\n\na. One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for the reinstatement of\n\nan unarmed bail enforcer license, or\n\nb. One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) for an armed bail\n\nenforcer license.\n\nA revoked license shall not be reinstated.\n\n3. Any renewal application of a license received after the\n\nexpiration date of the license shall be accompanied by a\n\nnonrefundable late fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for an unarmed bail\n\nenforcer license and a late fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for\n\nan armed bail enforcer license. A license application received more\n\nthan thirty (30) days after the expiration date is not renewable and\n\nthe applicant must complete a new application.\n\n4. The fees charged and collected, including portions of fees\n\nretained as processing fees, pursuant to the provisions of this\n\nsection shall be deposited to the credit of the CLEET Bail\n\nEnforcement Revolving Fund created pursuant to Section 1350.20 of\n\nthis title.\n\nC. On and after February 1, 2015, a bail enforcer license or\n\narmed bail enforcer license shall be valid for a period of three (3)\n\nyears and may be renewed for additional three-year terms.\n\nD. The Council shall devise a system for issuance of licenses\n\nfor the purpose of evenly distributing the expiration dates of the\n\nlicenses.\n\nE. Pursuant to rule, the Council may issue a duplicate license\n\nto a person licensed pursuant to the provisions of the Bail\n\nEnforcement and Licensing Act. On and after February 1, 2015, the\n\nCouncil may assess a fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for the\n\nissuance of a duplicate license. The fee shall accompany the\n\nrequest for a duplicate license.
