It shall be unlawful and deemed a D3 felony offense for any\n\nperson engaged in a recovery and surrender to mark any vehicle, wear\n\nany apparel, or display any badge or identification card bearing the\n\nwords \"police\", \"deputy\", \"detective\", \"officer\", \"agent\",\n\n\"investigator\", \"fugitive agent\", \"recovery agent\", \"enforcement\n\nofficer\", \"bounty hunter\", \"bail agent\", or \"recovery detective\" or\n\nuse any other words or phrases that imply that such person is\n\nassociated with law enforcement or a government agency except as\n\nprovided in subsection B of Section 1350.4 of this title.\n\nB. It shall be unlawful for any person not duly licensed or not\n\nauthorized to engage in a recovery and surrender pursuant to the\n\nBail Enforcement and Licensing Act to mark any vehicle, wear any\n\napparel, or display any badge or identification card bearing the\n\nwords \"bail enforcer\", \"bail enforcement\" or \"bail enforcement\n\nagency\" or use any other words or phrases that imply that such\n\nperson is licensed or authorized to act under the Bail Enforcement\n\nand Licensing Act or state or federal laws.\n\nC. Any person duly licensed, or authorized to engage in a\n\nrecovery and surrender pursuant to the Bail Enforcement and\n\nLicensing Act, shall wear apparel bearing the words \"bail enforcer\"\n\nor \"bail enforcement\" during the recovery and surrender as provided\n\nin subsection B of Section 1350.4 of this title.\n\nD.
