Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1350.14","heading":"Disclosure of application information","body":"The Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET) or\n\nits employees shall not disclose application information pertaining\n\nto applicants or persons licensed pursuant to the Bail Enforcement\n\nand Licensing Act, except:\n\n1. To verify the current license status of an applicant or\n\nlicensee to the public;\n\n2. As may be necessary to perform duties or comply with rules\n\nor law pursuant to the Bail Enforcement and Licensing Act;\n\n3. To a bona fide law enforcement agency or judicial authority,\n\nupon request;\n\n4. To an insurance company licensed in this state for purposes\n\nof issuing a bond for licensure or for claims purposes;\n\n5. To provide the published name, address and phone number,\n\nupon request by the public; provided, however, CLEET may withhold\n\nthe physical residence address of an applicant or licensee from the\n\npublic when the applicant or licensee has so requested and has\n\nprovided CLEET a business or alternative address for public\n\ndissemination;\n\n6. As required by court order;\n\n7. To provide final orders where an applicant or licensee was\n\nthe respondent in or was the subject of an administrative proceeding\n\ninitiated by CLEET; or\n\n8.
