On and after the effective date of this act, private schools\n\ndesiring to conduct any or all phases of bail enforcement training\n\nshall submit an application for a certificate of approval to the\n\nCouncil on Law Enforcement Education and Training. The application\n\nshall be accompanied by a fee of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00).\n\nThe certificate shall be renewed annually by July 1. The renewal\n\nfee shall be Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). If the school does\n\nnot qualify for a certificate or renewal certificate, the Council\n\nshall retain twenty percent (20%) of the fee as a processing fee and\n\nrefund the balance to the school. The processing fee shall be\n\ncredited and deposited in the CLEET Bail Enforcement Revolving Fund\n\ncreated pursuant to Section 21 of this act.\n\nB. A listing of qualified and certified bail enforcement\n\ntraining schools shall be available from the Council.
